Former ministers Sydney Sekeramayi and Saviour Kasukuwere have been accused of underpaying their farm workers and failing to pay workers’ benefits running into thousands of dollars.
Sekeramayi is expected to appear before an arbitrator and has received the following letter,
You are notified that the matter/appeal concerning alleged non-payment of wages, accommodation, fuel, light allowances and terminal benefits in respect of which a notice of appeal/reference was made on the 03/02/18 and to which you are a party to.
Kasukuwere’s wife has been given 7 days to respond to allegations of underpayment of wages and improper grading at Concordia farm.
