Mnangagwa Back From Botswana, Strikes Deal Over Kazungula Bridge

President Emmerson Mnangagwa has returned after visiting Botswana where he struck a deal to partner Zambia and Botswana on Kazungula Bridge.

Mnangagwa inspected the progress at the Kazungula Bridge together with Edgar Lungu of Zambia and Ian Khama of Botswana.

The bridge was meant to link Botswana and Zambia while bypassing Zimbabwe completely after its completion but ZBC reports Zimbabwe will, together with Botswana also put up a one-stop border post at Kazungula so that it also benefits from the construction of the bridge.
