24 Nagle House Students Arrested For Exam Fraud After Examiners Discover Similarities

Twenty four students from Nagle House High School in Marondera appeared before Magistrate Tendai Muchini on Thursday facing charges of illegally gaining access to the 2017 Ordinary Level Mathematics Paper 1. The state alleged that the students fraudulently gained access to the exam paper, a day before the exam and revised it in their hostel. The offence was discovered when Zimbabwe Schools Examination Council (ZIMSEC) examiners discovered uncanny similarities in the students’ answers. After investigations, the students were arrested this week.

The students were all remanded out of custody on free bail to next week.
