Fuel Shortage Hits Harare Again

A snap survey by Pindula has shown that a number of fuel stations in Harare do not have petrol. These include Total Samora, Total Belgravia, Total Greencroft, Total Newlands, Zuva Newlands, Zuva Greencroft, Engen Greencroft, Engen Leopold Takawira and Engen Newlands.

Zimbabwe last experienced fuel shortages in September 2017 which the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) blamed on a shortage of foreign currency. The RBZ dispersed about $20 million to the fuel sector with central bank governor John Mangudya saying that the reason there are fuel shortages was that fuel deliveries were only allowed to be done during the day and not at night.

Let us know if there is fuel in your area or your are experiencing some shortages.
