SAPES Trust is host a public dialogue on Thursday 11 Jan 2018 from 5pm till 7pm. The public dialogue will be themed “Gukurahundi: Towards a national dialogue.”
Speakers include; Zapu leader Dumiso Dabengwa, author and academic Elinor Sisulu as well as African Public Policy and Research Institute Director Martin Rupiya. The forum will be chaired by National Transitional Justice Working Group Chairperson Alec Muchedahama.
8 Mthwakazi Republic Party (MRP) Youths were recently arrested for demonstrating against President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s involvement in Gukurahundi massacres. The youths were allegedly injured after they were violently arrested by the police.
