MDC-T Vice President Nelson Chamisa has welcomed the announcement by incoming Zimbabwe Defence Forces Commander General Philip Valerio Sibanda that Operation Restore Legacy has come to an end. The announcement was made at a press conference held on Monday at the Josiah Magama Tongora Barracks, previously King George VI (KG VI) Barracks.
