Magura Charumbira, who is accused of booing former First Lady, Mrs Grace Mugabe during a Presidential Youth Interface rally at White City Stadium November 4 this year, was further remanded to December 12 by Bulawayo provincial magistrate Ms Sharon Rosemani. Charumbira (43) of Pumula South suburb is on $100 bail.
As part of the bail conditions, Charumbira was ordered to report 3 times a week at Bulawayo CID Law and Order offices and reside at his given residential address until the matter is finalised. He was also ordered to surrender his travel documents and confine himself within a 60km radius.
Charumbira is facing charges of incitement to commit public violence and undermining the authority of the President. He is being accused of leading a group of Zanu-PF supporters that booed former first lady Grace Mugabe while she was addressing party supporters.

The courts!!! Release that man. Akusisina 1st lady. She is a criminal who needed a million boos. Who is supposed to be jailed, one who booed or the one who lead a coup? Free munhu iyeye. The law is an ass. If you still feel the man deserve to be prosecuted fine but the law should not be selective. Prosecute all the generals for the coup. Prosecute all the more than 100,000 who booed Mugabe into signing his resignation. If the courts cant do that, the man is a political victim who should be released yesterday. All political prisoners should be released. All those MDC om remand and all who were convicted of standing up to the rascal RG Mugabe should be released forthwith. Even mapostori led by Madzibaba Nzira were victims of the truent politics of Robert and his devils advocate Ndanga, pliz kindly release them. The man whom they were fighting against has been exposed and his govt has been abolished. Hence the new President must be approched to pardon ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS CONVICTED AND ON REMAND.
