Cybersecurity Minister Patrick Chinamasa seems to blame Grace Mugabe for the current political upheavals in the country, saying that Grace has been in charge of both Zanu-PF and the government since the 2013 elections. Chinamasa suggests that because Grace was not elected, this is why people had issues with her.
