Father Fidelis Mukonori has said President Robert Mugabe will meet with the command element of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces (ZDF) for the second time, tomorrow, Sunday 19 November 2017.
Father Fidelis Mukonori, a Roman Catholic Priest is the chairman of the negotiating team which is mediating in the talks between Mugabe and the ZDF generals. The agenda for tomorrow’s meeting has not been revealed. The first meeting between the ZDF Commanders and Mugabe took place on Thursday.
The talks are reported to have hit a deadlock after Mugabe who had agreed in principle to step down, stalled resigning after the two parties could not agree on the terms of his resignation. The exact details of his proposed exit package are yet to be revealed. The other members of the negotiating team are Aaron Nhepera, the acting director general of the Central Intelligence Organisation and George Charamba, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information, Media and Broadcasting Services.

If they can’t get it right and depose Mugabe, all that can be said of them is that they are cowards. Hardly the types to defend a country and it’s people… lets see what happens.
