Zimbabweans to hold Solidarity March in support of ZDF removing Mugabe

Zimbabweans will tomorrow (18 November) hold a solidarity march in support of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces (ZDF) in removing President Robert Mugabe. This comes after reports that President Mugabe is refusing to resign. The March will start at 9AM at Robert Mugabe square in Harare and people will proceed to State House.

According to Viva Zimbabwe leader Acie Lumumba, the march has the support of War Veterans and senior members of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces. Lumumba assured Zimbabweans that the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) will not arrest anyone. View the video below for more information:

  2. I would have been happier to participate if the Zanu (PF) logo was removed from this invite. The wording says “join us” who? Zanu (PF)…no. It should have been an open invitation without any party-affiliated overtones. That…put me off completely.
