Warriors, Barcelona legends share spoils as Magaya earns first cap for national team
Zimbabwe’s legends drew 2-2 with Barcelona legends in a match played at the National Sports Stadium on Sunday afternoon. PHD Ministries founder Walter Magaya made an appearance for the Warriors legends when he came in for Johannes Ngodzo in the 79th minute.
Barcelona legends scored in the 6th minute when Patrick Kluivert headed home an Edgar Davies’ cross. Patrick Kluivert doubled the lead four minutes later. Zenzo Moyo pulled one back for the Warriors in the second half when he scored a brilliant overhead kick in the 54th minute. Edward Sadomba equalised for the Warriors Legends in the 83rd minute.
