Warriors suffer shock defeat to Lesotho

Zimbabwe’s  Warriors lost 1-0 to Lesotho in a friendly match played at Setsoto Stadium in Maseru on Wednesday night.

Tumelo Khutlang’s late goal was the decider in a match which saw both teams missing several chances. Zimbabwe were the favourites to win the match considering their strong squad which included UK based Tendayi Darikwa, Kundai Benyu, Macauley Bonne and Admiral Muskwe and Belgium based Marvelous Nakamba. Tendai Ndoro who was the captain failed to deliver when he partnered with Evans Rusike and Bonne in attack.
