Mnangagwa allies kicked out of Zanu-PF emergency meeting

Perceived supporters of Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa were kicked out of a Zanu-PF Bulawayo Province emergency Provincial Coordinating Committee (PCC) meeting that was held to discuss an incident where Grace Mugabe was booed for speaking against the Vice President.

The meeting resolved that Mnangagwa should be fired from his position as Vice President. Those kicked out include the provincial chairlady for the Bulawayo Zanu-PF Women’s League, Eve Bitu, Central Committee member Anna Moyo and deputy provincial commissar Douglas “Bin Laden” Gangaidzo. Some of Mnangagwa’s allies are being accused of fanning factionalism and these include former War Veterans Minister Retired Colonel Tshinga Dube, businessman Elphas Mashava and expelled youth leaders Davis Muhambi and Magure Charumbira among others.
