Masvingo sets up committee to identify group which booed Grace

Zanu-PF Masvingo provincial political commissar Jappy Jaboon said that they have set up a committee to investigate and identify the identity of those that booed Grace Mugabe during her address at the Youth Interface rally held in Bulawayo on Saturday.

Jaboon said that the committee will be led by Masvingo provincial secretary for security Mutero Masanganise. He also said that those who will be found guilty will be punished. Said Jaboon:

We have appointed a committee to investigate circumstances behind the booing of the First Lady during the Youth Interface rally held in Bulawayo yesterday (Saturday). We have information that there were some people from Masvingo among the group of people who booed the First Lady. These people must be punished once we establish who they are because we cannot have a situation where the First Lady is booed by a group of sponsored people. We will get to the bottom of this matter and Cde Masanganise is leading the investigations.

Jaboon said preliminary investigations had shown that some of the people suspected to have booed Grace were ferried from Masvingo using a Chibi High School bus.
