Stanbic Reduces Visa Card Limits Again

Stanbic has revised the limits for it’s Visa Card.  This is the second time, that the bank has revised the limits in the last two weeks.   The bank also announced that from November onwards, to use the card, a customer will need to approach the bank to discuss the limits.
