Ginimbi spends R2 million on birthday bash, dismisses email

Speaking to HMetro, Genius Kadungure said that he spent R2 million on his three.day birthday celebrations in Cape Town, South Africa. He said that more than 120 people attended the birthday celebrations.

Said Kadungure:

In all there was more than R 2 million spent over the weekend and this includes what other people paid on their own but for purposes of my birthday celebrations. The direct costs to me was up to R 1,2 million while the remainder was settled by the other guys who were In the delegation. It cost R 68 000 to ship my six cars to and from Cape Town. These include two Rolls Royce, two Bentleys, one G-Class and flange Rover Lumma. We flew on South African Airways and virtually took over Me business class where 38 of us occupied seats while others travelled economy class.

In a statement published on his Facebook page, Ginimbi also dismisses a fake email and called it a scam. In the email Ginimbi offers $100 000 for a night with a woman. Said Genius:

I’m so terrified and shocked with the extent how a low lifer would have a sleepless night to scheme, compose and draft such a fake email conversation circulating jeopardizing and tarnishing my image. Firstly I don’t have an email address called Genius Ginimbi and I have never used a Cell C phone operating service hence you got that wrong. He said that the perpetrator was trying to get his attention and gain publicity by tarnishing his name. Whoever it is that’s trying to get my attention I hope you have achieved your goal and added a few cents in (sic) your kiddy bank. Whatever scam you trying to instigate don’t use my high profile name to gain publicity for I don’t offer money to anyone via email. This is a bogus fraudulent staged email do not entertain it.
