Jah Prayzah releases press statement on Davido

Davido will no longer be performing alongside Jah Prayzah at his ‘Kutonga Kwaro’ album launch today. Davido is helping Nigerian police with investigations following the death of his crew member, Tagbo Umeike.

Jah Prayzah has since released a statement, you can read it below;

We are disappointed to announce to you masoja that Davido will no longer be performing at the Kutonga Kwaro Album Launch tomorrow as promised due to reasons and circumstances beyond our or his control. Davido and his team have assured us and Zimbabweans at large that he will issue an official statement as soon as possible and also announcing a new date for a “My Lilly” concert.

On my behalf and on behalf of my team, Davido and his team I would like to apologize to all masoja and Zimbabweans for this inconvenience.

The good news masoja and fellow Zimbabweans is that this concert was about the album launch, Kutonga Kwaro and the concert will go on.
