Mugabe returns from South Africa

President Robert Mugabe has returned home from South Africa where he attended the Bi-National Commission (BNC) meeting between Zimbabwe and South Africa yesterday.

He was met at Harare International Airport by Vice Presidents Phelekezela Mphoko and Emmerson Mnangagwa as well as several government officials.

Mugabe travelled to South Africa with Foreign Affairs Minister Simbarashe Mumbengegwi and Defence Minister Dr Sydney Sekeramayi, among others. While in South Africa Mugabe signed cooperation agreements between the two countries in the areas of information communication technology (ICT), energy, environment, conservation, sport and recreation.
