5 feared dead in Zvishavane accident

At least 5 people are feared dead after a Toyota Granvia which they were travelling in was involved in an accident with a Bercam bus just outside Zvishavane on the highway to Bulawayo.

Eye witnesses told ZBC News that the car turned right in front of the bus as it sought to avoid a roadblock ahead. The bus then reportedly crushed into the kombi and dragged it for approximately 50 metres. ZBC News is however yet to get the exact number of fatalities and the circumstances leading to the accident.
