Video: Man being abused by suspected law enforcement officers for allegedly delaying to pulling over when motorcade was passing

The video below shows a man who is dressed formally being forced to roll in the mud. Unconfirmed reports suggest that the man was slow in pulling over when the presidential motorcade was passing.
