Censorship board to decide if Zodwa Wabantu can come and perform without undergarments

The Censorship Board will today decide on whether or not South African dancer Zodwa Wabantu should be allowed to perform at the forthcoming Harare International Carnival without underwear.

The board will announce today if Zodwa Wabantu will  be given a licence or denied. The board will consider if her acts comply with the rules and regulations of this country. It remains to be seen if she will be let into the country to perform after acting tourism mimister Patrick Zhuwao banned her from performing at the carnival.
