In a statement, National Police spokesperson Senior Assistant Commissioner Charity Charamba urged the public to report threats of violence. Her comments come after the murder of four siblings; Peculiar (4), Princess (13), Preference (15) and Progress (19) Dlomo by Dingilizwe Dube (39) in Gokwe.
Said Charamba:
From investigations conducted, it was established that the suspect had threatened the family previously and was involved in violent acts. There were clear signs that one day he was going to fulfil the threat. Police are therefore urging members of the public to report such violent conduct, as at times the suspects execute their threats. This is one case but there are similar ones that have occurred in the country.
