Through his lawyers, Warara and Associates, Ray Kaukonde has filed a lawsuit against Zimpapers for a November 2014 story in The Sunday Mail titled Ray Kaukonde faked O Level certificate.
According to the application filed by kaukonde the article stated that he used an O Level certificate belonging to Ray Michael Chimbganda to build his political and business career. The article further alleged that Kaukonde had bribed Chimbganda’s family members not to expose this. In the application, Kaukonde denies the allegations. Both Zimpapers and Chitemba are yet to respond.
