Video showing person alleged to be Chatunga Mugabe vandalizing cars confirmed to be hoax

The video which has gone viral on social media which purportedly shows Chatunga Bellarmine Mugabe jumping on and vandalising cars in South Africa has been confirmed to be a hoax.  The video was actually shot in New Jersey, in the United States. The police are looking for the vandals in the United States.
