High Court dismisses Reward Kangai’s application to stop NetOne from recruiting new CEO

The High Court has dismissed an urgent chamber application by former NetOne chief executive officer Reward Kangai who was seeking an interdict to stop NetOne from hiring a new CEO. Kangai was also ordered to bear the costs. The court ruled that Kangai had no legal standing to bring such a court application as his employment contract expired on 30 June 2017.
