8 lawyers shortlisted to attend public interviews for Prosecutor-General’s post

The Judicial Services Commission (JSC) yesterday said it has shortlisted eight candidates who will be publicly interviewed on August 21 at Rainbow Towers Hotel in Harare

The shortlisted candidates are: Charles Chinyama, acting Prosecutor-General Ray Goba, Misheck Hogwe, Wilson Manase, Jacob Manzunzu, Tecler Mapota, Peter Mafunda and Florence Ziyambi. The position of Prosecutor-General fell vacant last month after Johannes Tomana was fired by President Robert Mugabe after tribunal found him guilty of incompetence and misconduct.
