Parents whose children learn at Dombodema High School in Bulilima District have petitioned the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education to transfer the school’s headmaster Mr Joachim Moyo, after accusing him of abusing funds and making critical decisions without consulting parents.
The parents also demanded a forensic audit to be instituted. Moyo referred questions to the Bulilima District Schools Inspector, Mr Philime, when asked by The Chronicle to comment on the matter. He however said that parents can go ahead and take any action as it is their constitutional right. Domdodema Ward Councillor, Mr Benjamin Nleya, said the petition was set to be delivered to the Bulilima District education office.
