The Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) has said that former Premier Service Medical Aid Society (PSMAS) group chief executive Dr Cuthbert Dube has a case to answer after it gathered fresh incriminating evidence.
Addressing journalists yesterday at a press conference held at ZACC Mt Pleasant offices, ZACC Commissioner in charge of investigations Mr Goodson Nguni said that the letter written to PSMAS by ZACC acting secretary Senior Assistant Commissioner Silence Pondo clearing Dube and his board was written when there was insufficient evidence to pin the suspects.
Another ZACC Commissioner Mrs Farai Mashonganyika-Chinyani said they were convinced that public funds were abused at PSMAS.
