Kadzura’s children accused of stealing from late father’s estate

Four of Jonathan Kadzura’s children Joan, Enoch, Marilyn and Christopher stand accused of stealing from the late businessman’s estate. Mr Clever Mandizvidza, the executor of the businessman’s estate took the four siblings to the Harare Civil Court alleging that they had sold a tractor-drawn planter which belonged to the estate which he wants to be returned.

The matter was heard before Harare Civil Court magistrate Mr Adonia Masawi and will be back in court on June 20 for trial. The planter is estimated to cost $3 000. Mr Mandizvidza told the court that Mr Kadzura had three wives and 10 children as well as debts in excess of $2 million.
