Video: Severely drunk ZRP officer fails to stand up

In a video, which seems to be widely circulating on social media, a Zimbabwe Republic Police Officer seems to be severely inebriated or very high on some narcotic. Most people sharing the video are of the view, that the officer should be held accountable as the ZRP seems to hold citizens to very high levels of accountability.  Some have also added that the officer should get professional help.
