UK based Kundai Benyu receives call-up for AFCON qualifier against Liberia

Ipswich Town midfielder Kundai Benyu has been called up by Norman Mapeza for Zimbabwe’s first AFCON qualifier against Liberia.

The 19 year old midfielder will join up with the senior Zimbabwe squad next month for an African Cup of Nations qualifying match against Liberia. This is the teenager’s first international call-up. Also in Zimbabwe’s group are DR Congo and Congo Brazzaville, with the 2019 African Cup of Nations taking  place in Cameroon.
