President off to Mexico for summit on how to reduce disasters

President Robert Mugabe has left for Cancun Mexico. He will be attending a summit on how to reduce both natural and man-made disasters. The summit is held every two years by the United Nations World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction.
Vice President Phelekezela Mphoko is Acting President.
