Former CIO officer who confessed to rape, torture and murder leaves New Zealand after being denied visa

A former operative of the Central Intelligence Organisation hat to leave New Zealand after his application for a work visa was rejected. The operative who entered New Zealand on a fake South with the name William Nduku confessed to committing rape, murder and torture in Zimbabwe, although he claimed that he was forced to serve in the CIO.

Nduku claimed that he was in fear for his life and claimed that if he returned to Zimbabwe he would be tortured by the Central Intelligence Organisation. Because of that, he was given the status of a Protected Person. This meant that while he could not be deported, he could not work in New Zealand either. After he was denied a Work Visa, he left New Zealand in March for a destination unknown.
