Video: Learner driver runs over lady sitting on pavement

In a sad development, a woman who was sitting on a pavement was running over by a driver who was reversing. The accident reportedly happened yesterday, although unconfirmed reports say the woman is at the hospital.  The instructor seems to have been at fault as he was outside the car and was unable to use the emergency brake.
