National Vendors Union chairman Sten Zvorwadza has refuted allegation that he is facing over 40 counts of fraud in residential stands scam. Zvorwadza is alleged to have received money from home-seekers after promising that he could use his influence to secure residential stands for them.
However, Zvorwadza dismissed the allegations as the work of his detractors who want to tarnish his name. In an interview, Zvorwadza said:
I am not under probe and there is no case because the cases that are being said are already before the High Court,
To summarise it all, there are some people who are pursuing endless issues against me.
