Government has paid 2016 bonuses to members of the Zimbabwe National Army, Airforce of Zimbabwe and the health sector.
Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare Minister Prisca Mupfumira confirmed the payment of bonuses and said Government will pay other civil servants their bonuses as promised. Next month Government will pay bonuses for the Zimbabwe Republic Police and Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services while teachers will get their bonuses in June. The rest of the civil service will be paid in August.
