Zimbabwe dam levels as of 4 April 2017

The Zimbabwe National Water Authority (Zinwa), has released statistics for the country’s dam levels. According to the water regulating authority, the national dam level average stands at 80, 3%. Below are the levels of various dams in the country:

  • Mazvikadei Dam 101. 5%,
  • Manyame 100%
  • Chivero 101, 3%
  • Karoi Dam 100%
  • Mutirikwi Dam 36, 2%,
  • Tokwe-Mukosi 68,8%,
  • Bangala  101, 9%,
  • Manyuchi dam 101,6%
  • Wenimbi Dam 100, 9%,
  • Osborne Dam 71,3%,
  • Rusape Dam 103%
  • Lower Ncema 100%
  • Upper Ncema is 100, 9%
  • Mundi Mataga 100, 7%

Zinwa also encouraged farmers to get their raw water abstraction agreements.
