Mliswa to approach Grace Mugabe and alleged business partner over Norton stands

Norton Member of Parliament Temba Mliswa says he will approach Zanu-PF Masvingo provincial secretary for finance Killer Zivhu and his alleged business partner Grace Mugabe.

Over 200 Norton residents accuse Zivhu of swindling them of hundreds of thousands of dollars in both land sales and development fees through his housing development project in the town’s Galloway suburb. They claim Zivhu is refusing to give them title deeds for properties they bought from him. They also claim that since they bought stands from the businessman no development has taken place on the stands. They said the businessman and Zanu PF politician was doing all this using Grace Mugabe’s name.

Last year when Zivhu launched Galloway housing development project, he invited the First Lady who officiated at the ceremony where the businessman said he was prepared to die for President Robert Mugabe’s wife. The disgruntled residents last week approached their MP, Temba Mliswa and asked him to facilitate dialogue with Zivhu. He told NewZimbabwe.com that he would write to Grace Mugabe “highlighting the thievery and the kind of personality” Zivhu was, before dealing with Norton Town Council.” Efforts by NewZimbabwe.com to get comments from Norton Town chief executive, Kizito Muhomaba and Zivhu were fruitless.
