Last Thursday, a police officer, who’s name was not provided, drove into a hardware located along Herbert Chitepo and 14th Avenue in Bulawayo’s Central Business District after he overshot the kerb and smashed the hardware’s display window.
Witnesses who spoke to The Chronicle said the police officer accelerated instead of applying the brakes. Last month a police officer who was doing driving lessons crashed into FarmBiz Shop.
