The city of Harare has declared Moto Republik to be an illegal structure and has taken it down. Moto Republik was a co-working space in Belgravia,  Harare close to Parirenyatwa Hospital. The co-working space employed a number of people and produced notable online tv shows and was home to

Bustop TV, Magamba TV which produces Zambezi News and The Week with Comrade Fatso, Open Parly among others.

However, some of the people who worked at Moto Republik claim that the city of Harare’s actions were illegal because they did not have a court order and they did not give them any notice at all

[Update]

The structure was not taken down in the end. The city of Harare was in the process of taking it down when they stopped.  We have established that the Mayor of Harare Bernard Manyenyeni is the one who gave the order to halt the whole process.  He postponed the tearing down of the structure for one week so that he can hear both sides and establish the best course of action.
