Speaking to The Chronicle, Ndlovu’s sister Samukeliso said that the South African authorities had taken time to inform them because Ntando did not carry any documentation on him. The elder brother, Simon was advised to visit the Registry Office to sign an affidavit to enable them to collect the body which will be buried as soon as it arrives in Zimbabwe.
