Leonard Tsipa not eligible to play for CAPS United in the CAF Champions League

CAPS United forward, Leonard Tsipa will not be able to participate in the Caf Champions League set to kick start this Sunday as his club faces Lioli FC of Lesotho .

A source told SportsBrief that the 34 year old will not participate in any caf champions league match since he wasn’t registered. Said the source:

Leonard was omitted from the CAF list because he had indicated that he will not be part of us in 2017. His omission was never deliberate but when he made a U-turn on his decision, the coach had already announced his Champions League squad and the CAF deadline had already been surpassed hence he only have himself to blame.

However, Tsipa is registered for the domestic premiership games that are set to commence early April.
