Chinamasa says reduction of money to State universities was a mistake

Finance Minister,Patrick Chinamasa said that the reduction of budgetary allocation to State Universities was a mistake.

Chinamasa said that the reduction meant students would pay more for tuition while lecturers stood to have their salaries slashed. He however acknowledged that the reduction was made by mistake but however queried how universities use their tuition.
