Speaking to ZiFM Stereo News, Transport and Infrastructural Development Minister Dr Jorum Gumbo said that the Zimbabwe National Road Administration (Zinara) has started rolling out point of sale machines at its tollgates across the country.
He however said that the programme is being slowed by the inadequate availability of the point of sales machines from banks.
