Prince Tshabangu (22) of Bulawayo was sentenced to 15 years in jail for breaking into 13 houses and stealing property worth more than $4 000. Tshabangu was convicted on his own plea of guilty after he admitted all the charges unlawful entry and theft in aggravating circumstances charges. Tshabangu has 5 other pending cases of her pending counts of unlawful entry and theft. Magistrate Lungile Ncube did no suspend any of the years as Tshabangui was released in May 2015 after after being in prison for three years for unlawful entry and theft charges.
Magistrate Ncube said:
You will therefore serve an effective 15 years in prison. Nothing will be suspended
