Zanu PF members Psychology Maziwisa and Jonathan Moyo responded to Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF)’s leader Julius Malema’s call on Mugabe to step down.
In a Tweet Maziwisa said:
@Julius_S_Malema should shut up! A little & irrelevant man who thinks he can gain political currency in S.A by attacking a great man in #Zim
— Psychology Maziwisa (@Hon_Maziwisa) January 23, 2017
Maziwisa also took to Facebook and wrote:
Meanwhile Higher Education, Jonathan Moyo did not seem to be bothered by Malema’s comments and instead chose to focus on the Zimbabwe AFCON 2017 Group B match against Tunisia.
@ProfJNMoyo Prof, Malema labelled you guys cowards earlier today. Any reaction?

My mind is preoccupied with tonight's Warriors match against Tunisia at #AFCON2017. Score Warriors, Go Go Warriors, Score Warriors Woye! https://t.co/Nfkdsatr4j

Moyo went on to brush to Malema’s call on Mugabe to step down which is not the first time he has done so. Tweeted Moyo:
I think Malema will always be Malema while everything else is obladi oblada as life goes on! https://t.co/HjOUbxQbvP

The Zimbabwean Government has since released a press statement criticising Malema. You can read it HERE
Moyo and Maziwisa you have become irrelevant especially in our nation building. You are opportunists for sure. Malema is talking about bread and butter issues in Zim and instead of telling your Grandpa kuti time is up makura chiendai munotamba nemuzukuru you want him to stay in power till death. You are shameless.
Tell them Pfumbizai. They are heartless political zombies who do not care about the welfare of this nation.
