Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education Professor Jonathan Moyo has described Morgan Tsvangirai‘s calls for intervention as treachery. Tsvangirai was recently in Ghana for the inauguration of the country’s new President. Tsvangirai is reported to have “pleaded with them to intervene in Zimbabwe.”
However, Professor Moyo dismissed this saying:
It’s treachery for any aspiring leader to seek foreign intervention in his country. It”s like Fonald Trump inviting Russia to hack the United States of America.

He added that:
For starters, the Constitution empowers citizens, not foreign leaders or foreign countries, to decide the affairs or destiny of the country!
