South African club Bidvest Wits to assess Zimbabwean defender

Highlanders defender Peter Muduhwa’s agent Gibson Mahachi told local media that Bidvest Wits will be assessing Highlanders defender Peter Muduhwa in a trial set to begin on Monday.

Said Mahachi:

Yes, it is true, Muduhwa is going to an assessment with Bidvest Wits for about a week. The aim is to expose him to a different atmosphere where he will experience how other teams out of the coutry play. It’s a good thing that he experiences international competition because he is still a young player with a bright future and still has a lot to learn. We took this opportunity to send him for this assessment because there are no games being played in South Africa.

Muduhwa was among the Soccer Star finalists.
