Mnangagwa's storm in a mug: VP claims mug was an x-mas present, and that Mutodi was an uninvited guest

The “storm in a teacup mug” over Vice President Mnangagwa’s mug with the inscription “I am the Boss” continues.  The VP was criticized by Higher Education Minister Jonathan Moyo for the pictures.

However, the VP has responded saying that the mug was a Christmas Present which he only opened after getting to his rural home.  Energy Mutodi, the man in the picture with the VP has also been dismissed as an uninvited guest who gained admission by lying that he was an MP.  Mutodi is reportedly the one who posted the pictures on social media.
