Controversial businessmen Genius Kadungure, popularly known Ginimbi is reportedly under investigation and may be deported from South Africa. Kadungure is reportedly facing a lifestyle audit after he stepped on a senior politician’s toes over a woman. The flamboyant businessman had his passport confiscated by the authorities in South Africa in December.
Kadungure confirmed that his passport had been taken for a few days:
I have heard that funny rumour but I can even send you pictures of my stamped passport to prove that I entered the country legally.
The South African authorities took my passport for a few days and returned it to me after their investigations and I don’t know anything about any politician’s woman.I can travel to SouthAfrica anytime I want.I am clean.

This is a first hand account of Ginimbi’s issue in South Africa. His passport was confiscated on return from recent trip to Dubai, before his birthday. His lieutenants @sophisticated_hustler & @maxm0907 who accompanied him on this trip were summarily deported to Zimbabwe on the day they landed. Ginimbi was released but his passport was confiscated pending further “investigations”. For those who are observant or attended the all white party they could have noted that his two lieutenants were not present but only sneaked into South Africa from Zimbabwe after about two weeks.
On 12 December, Ginimbi’s passport was released to him and at the same time he was slapped with a notice to leave the Republic of South Africa within two days having been declared a prohibited immigrant, hence his road trip to Zimbabwe on the 14th of December 2016. Ginimbi will not set his foot in South Africa until or unless his PI status changes, watch his movements and snaps on instagram from now onwards, you will not see any of South Africa there.
His demise emanated from a girl whom he is suspected to have bedded and whom he is said to have accused of stealing an LV bag from his Sandton Penthouse. He opened a case against this girl at Sandton Police Station and upon her arrest she claimed that Ginimbi had paid her with the LV Bag after he raped her. Apparently this girl was some Ministers’ girlfriend who didn’t take her arrest lightly and used his influence to have Ginimbi chucked out of South Africa and indeed this is what lead him to be declared a PI in South Africa. His problems here have nothing to do with his lifestyle or any criminal activities. It is because of this heavily connected girl and the minister.
